I genuinely have a passion to help make a difference in people's lives. I specialize in treating children, teens, adults and families. Through evidence based treatment I am here to help you unravel emotions, manage unresolved intergenerational trauma, personal relationships and mental health concerns. I am determined to help break the stigma behind mental health in the hispanic and black & brown community. It all starts by shattering generational trauma. Through evidence based treatment I utilize a strength based approach which varies depending on client's needs. Some clinical modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focus, gestalt, trauma focused and mindfulness approach.

Grief and loss can be difficult to process at times. Grief is a natural response to loss which may require processing and support. Feel supported while you grief and learn healthy ways to cope.
