Counseling services are provided using HIPAA compliant software. Thriving Counseling Solutions will maintain all personal and medical information confidential. Client information will only be released upon receipt of a signed Release of Information form. Consent for a release of information may be withdrawn by the client at any time with a written notice signed by the client.

Cancellation Policy

If session is canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advanced, you will not incur any fees. If session is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, a fee will be applied. If session is missed you will be responsible for the full amount of the session.
