​Confidentiality

Counseling services are provided using HIPAA compliant software.  Thriving Counseling Solutions will maintain all personal and medical information confidential.  Client information will only be released upon receipt of a signed Release of Information form.  Consent for a release of information may be withdrawn by the client at any time with a written notice signed by the client.

Insurance Policy

​

• Health Insurance is not accepted at this time.  

• Superbill available upon request for possible reimbursement from your health insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider for more information.

Cancellation Policy

​

• If session is canceled or rescheduled more than 24 hours in advanced, you will not incur any fees.  If session is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, a fee will be applied.  If session is missed you will be responsible for the full amount of the session.
